Jiri Winter (Neprakta) - Artist
Well-known Czech cartoonist, caricaturist, illustrator of many books and author of humorous stories. During his lifetime he created an incredible 35 thousand cartoons and thanks to this number he was also entered into the Guinness Book of Records. His line of drawings is so characteristic and unmistakable that it has placed its creator among the classics of Czech cartooning.
Miloslav Švandrlík - Scripwriter
Was one of the leading Czech humourists, but originally he wanted to direct films. If his book The Black Barons had not been repulsed by the communist regime of the time, he might have become an acclaimed director of serious films. But it was the magazine Porcupine and his collaboration with the cartoonist Jiří Winter Neprakta that made him famous.
